Cultural festival in Ghana

Every year, the students of Adidome and the surrounding area, come together for their cultural festival. Drumming, singing, and dancing were the main acts. This festival lasted all day, I was glad they had canopies set up for shade!

In some of the videos I took, you can see a teacher in the background threatening the students with a stick to make them sit down. After I watched him for awhile, it made me very uncomfortable. I asked someone to tell him not to do that, and to tell him kindness goes a lot further than ruling with an iron fist. He laughed, gave me a nod, and stopped using his stick.
